My phone service has been cut off every week for the past three weeks, despite timely payments. Three Weeks in a row and I'm charged each time.
I’ve spent 2 hours today trying to reach support online and by phone, but have had no success. I've tried calling 611 and the 1800 number but you can never get a live person.
This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I switched from Sprint after five years, and I’m now seriously regretting that decision. I'm done!
