When we upgraded our phone long ago to iPhones 12/14, we quickly realized that we were having issues calling each other. We noticed this when my husband and I tried to call each other, and our calls would send them straight to voicemail. We would be next to each other, and the other phone would not even ring. This has been going on for over a year, but even now, our kids are having trouble. We have found that we can do a FaceTime audio or video call to get a hold of each other. I even have a good friend who has been calling me these last 2 weeks, and she now has to immediately text me so I can call her right back. We spent time with tech support, but they were unable to help us, even after we reset some settings and upgraded to the latest software.
We are going to be traveling more this spring and summer and it would be really great if we could call each other directly and not have to text only or use facetime instead of using our Verizon call service. Any help?
