I am a new customer than a month as I type this I am currently on hold for over 1 hour with tech support I have one bar and when my cable went out last week I had no phone service you see my phone will only operate off WiFi Verizon towers are garbage I was promised at no charge extender that will help this never received it so today I am calling back to find out where the extender is and getting the run around the rep is trying to up sale me on some protection garbage and telling me that I have to pay for a extender he was supposed to transfer me as I sit on hold coming up to two hours the madder I get guess it is time to cancel my service since I am within the 30 day window and Verizon could care less mean while I am paying for internet through my cable company while paying Verizon for service I am not getting maybe I should call the PUC and file a formal complaint. Verizon is supposed to be the #1 carrier
