Problems with receiving android messages.

Please help. Please. We've been having issues with receiving messages from android users (we don't receive any at all) and any sms/mms messages. The res settings have been "waiting for activation" for 2 weeks now. For context, this if for a Verizon business account. We switched to one talk through Verizon to potentially help our business and be more efficient but it did the complete opposite. After, we decided to just switch the line back to a "normal" cell plan with Verizon business but since then we have not been able to receive any mms/sms/rcs messages. As you could imagine it's taking a HEAVY toll on our business. We have not had a smooth phone service for 2 months now. We've been escalated to level 2 on 2 separate occasions now. We've had our business rep try to move things along for us. We've gone in store. I feel like we have tried absolutely everything. Hours upon hours spent with Verizon reps to try and fix this issue. Has anyone ever encountered an issue like this? Where do I even go from here? I'm now considering switching after 15 ish years. Please help. Verizon also sent us a new phone and the issue still persist. I really donโt want to give up my legacy business plans. I donโt want to leave but I may have to and hope it fixes under a new carrierโฆ

If your RCS is stuck on "waiting to activate", it's most likely a problem with your Google account where it is still trying to use the old carrier or an older device. Use a search engine to look up "RCS stuck on waiting to activate" and instructions should come up on how to fix it. The usual fix I've seen is to go to a specific URL and do a verification there.
