What does it mean when iPhone shows as Pdi core without item on website info on app?
I reset a phone which somehow caused another family member phone to go into SOS. So then I needed to reactivate the sos phone which showed as PDi placeholder.During re activation I got a notice of a asurion claim and I wasn’t and didn’t file a claim???then message disappears…. No record of claim on my end. I feel rep may have done something sketchy during reactivation and cloned my phone or stole my contacts??
