Just a PSA for anyone trying to get their promotions. I got a “promotion” back in December 2023 and the agent stated I don’t have to trade in to get the promotions but didn’t mention anything else after ensuring I would still get the promotions. Low and behold months later never got the promotion since it was a trade in and was advised I didn’t have to. Please ensure and have them email you the copy of the promotion if you’re going to do it over the phone. On top of the many issues Verizon has now, I’m going to pay off my phones and move to another carrier. Verizon is such as headache now.

Update: the promotion was a loyalty non trade promotion that was never applied to the account but finally found someone who was able to locate the offer and applied to it to my account months after the promotion. I appreciate Izzy going beyond and helping me out with this issue I’ve been dealing with for about 8-9 months that was found is less than 30min. Thank you again!
