Promotional credit removed from my account. I was told I would continue to receive the promotional credit with my upgraded phones with the trade ins. When I look at my next bill there is no credits on either line. I have chatted and called with no help from either. Just to call back next week. I would have never upgraded my phones if I knew this was going to happen.

I appreciate you clarifying those details, AP1956. If the promotional credits you were reciving were for the previous phones, they are tied to those device agreements. When you upgrade and return those devices and the agreements are closed, then the promotions tied to them would also end. I know we had some promotions for the iPhone 16 as well. What promotion you were expecting to receive with the new devices?

On my paper work it reads device promotional credit removed-23.05 for one phone and promotional credit -23.05 for the other. I would have a small balance on each phone.

This person did not help me, I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max owing less than 50% that I was sent an offer to upgrade my phone using a promotional offer. This person told me I would not get the promo credit for new phone and I would get nothing but the balance forgiveness for the old phone. So why would I do an upgrade? I have all my paperwork that shows that I should get the promo credit and the balance of the old phones would be waved . I will try one more time by phone and if that doesnโt work Iโll keep my old phones and change carriers. Good luck to anyone else that has this problem.
