I have an old Apple iPhone that I need the proof of purchase from 6 years ago to be able unlock it so I can trade in to Verizon. I’ve been in store and spoken with them on the phone probably 6-7 times each. On the phone they keep promising to mail me something, and I never receive it. I know my address is correct on my account. Any additional ideas at this point other than canceling my account when my phone is paid for?
