Can you log in to your account using the MyVerizon mobile app?  There you can search for 'reset account pin' which should return:

'As the account owner, you can reset your Account PIN.  For your security, Verizon cannot send you your current Account PIN. If you forget or don't know your Account PIN, you can reset it. '

There is a button for Account PIN to choose a new one.   Also, from another post, here is a link for info on resetting an account pin:

If you don't have the My Verizon app, you can also reset your account PIN on a computer, or even go to a corporate Verizon store to have it reset:

https://www.verizon.com/support/account-pin-faqs/#forget

Being able to reset your account pin is crucial.  We can definitely help you with this process.  The links provided by the community in the previous responses are the best options to reset your account pin.  Here is more information:
