Return Issue

I am currently on the phone with Verizon for the umpteenth time. I have had nothing but problems and have attempted to return my items several times. The first time, the store would not take my internet box, saying I had to receive an email with a code and bring to UPS myself.  Never received the first email or the second. Then I was told in store that it can take  two weeks to receive. Called Verizon a week before my 30 day return window would close and I was told I’d get the return kit by mail in time. Today is 30 days and I still haven’t gotten it. When I went in two weeks ago to return everything they promised me a lot and told me they don’t have the phone I traded in.   This is the last day and what I’m asking the rep is to note these issues, find my original phone, and since it will probably take time, extend my return date for everything until my phone is returned to the store. I’m on rep number two and they can’t do anything or even transfer me to a manager!! I’ve been on with them for two hours!!! Suing the store and Verizon and submitting complaints to the BBB and FTC.

Of course I’m still in need of assistance. It’s past the 30 days, have never received anything from Verizon to return the internet box, hate the phone, hate the service, and I want my phone back along with a full refund!!

Have you checked your account to see if you can print a return label yourself there?  I also saw a post in another thread where someone was saying you could simply take the internet cube and related equipment to a UPS store and they could look up the serial number on the internet cube or something like that and figure out where to ship the equipment back from there.  Can't verify if that's actually true, but if you're not that far away from a UPS Store, couldn't hurt to try at this point.

None of the Verizon stores will accept returns of the internet gateways; I do not know why this is.
