Hi, I’m looking for my sales tax that I paid for the iPhone 256 that I purchased in store on 10/11/24. I have a copy of the receipt from the Verizon store showing sales tax of $102.94.
This phone was sent back due to not enough storage and I swapped it for the iPhone 16 512 on 11/05/24, I had to pay $112.12 (sales tax) for that phone.
I’m looking for the email address to provide proof of sales tax paid.
I know I would be concerned if I had returned an item and not yet had a refund on the sales tax, SS1991. You mentioned that the phone was sent back, does the return tracking number show that we have received it? If so, what date does it show it was received?
