SIM out

My bill just over the last two months now says “sim out” next to one of the phones on the account, has never said it before.  It’s an iPhone 12.  Any thoughts?? No issues going on with the phone.

Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing so we can take a look at it? You'll want to make sure you block out any information like contact numbers, addresses, etc. to meet the community forums guidelines.
