Service and Customer Service

I have been a customer for two years and the service has been horrible form Newark to New Brunswick. I have complained being a therapist that travels. My iPad never works now. I used to have to turn it on and off but that doesn’t even help. All Verizon says it everything is fine on their end. LIES!!!! 

I have tried to call but because my bill is not paid and full I am consistently rerouted  this is ridiculous! 

I have been on hold for three hours
