Trying to setup my account . I haven’t received my new phone but I have the info needed but it’s not allowing me to .

Hello, krammik. Congrats on the new account. Help is here. Just to confirm, are you referencing the online My Verizon account? If yes, typically, you do need the phone as we do send a temporary code via text message to the phone for authentication for the initial set up. When is the phone set to delivery to you?
