Help. We live in a rural area, and ability to make and receive calls is frustrating.
Is there any way to boost the signal we get for our home?
I do not want to spend tons of money, as the mobile service is already expensive.
We're sorry to hear that your service isn't what you need it to be. We want to make sure you're getting the great coverage you need, and we'd love to help you. You can actually go through some troubleshooting here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Just find your device and click "Troubleshooting". For ways to boost your signal, we recommend a Network Extender if necessary, but troubleshooting should come first and we can review the need for a Network Extender once that's done.
