Hello Ihor33, was your iPhone purchased directly from Verizon?
-Joe
my sister used it.. She says Verizon is her carrier.. I think so
My sister gave me her old phone... but sim locked
Just checking in to see if you still need assistance.

…yes..please help me ..what I can do ?…
If your sister was the first owner of the phone, you need to contact her because she will have to work with Verizon on getting the phone unlocked. Verizon's device unlocking policy states that devices must be activated and used on Verizon's network for 60 days and then they should automatically unlock. If your sister didn't use the phone for long enough or it was never activated on Verizon, then it will not unlock.
my sister used it and it was registered with Verizon.. she called there and they told her it was unlocked.. although in the settings it says it is blocked.. and it doesn't accept the sim car
Thank you for these details, if your stister is the original account owner, she will need to reach out to us for assistance. https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy
