I'm ready to leave Verizon. It's been months that I've not been able to send photos, group texts, sometimes even regular texts don't work. They just sit and that dam circle won't go away then it errors out. It's happening for every member of my family. It's extremely frustrating. We have tried a local store but it's under a business account so we run into issues. I'm making one more attempt this week otherwise we will be forced to go to a new service after 15 plus years. We have tried so many things I'm not going to list them all. Any others having this issue? Started a couple months ago. For sure since Oct it's been horrible.
I have been searching through all these issues as well. I cannot group text, after a few mine just stops working. Switched back to Verizon after 10 years and it was the worst decision I ever made. Price keeps growing yet it works like old tech. Yet call and after two hours nothing is fixed but everyone is real nice. How can this be.

I am having the same problem with pictures and videos can't send nothing where is 2 weeks ago I was sending everything don't understand what's going on never had this problem
