I have been with Verizon for 11 years. I purchased an iPhone 16 Plus before they came out last year at six months, My phone was having serious technical problems and after many many hours of Customer Service to have them, send me two refurbished phones that would not even do basic text and the first one Auto dialed my emergency contacts 20 times each when it was in my pocket when I was listening to music on my AirPods without me knowing it so here we are at a year. Verizon has not stood up to their promises, and I am sick of having to call them and repairing my own phone deleting the app powering it down powering it back up reinstalling the app to yet again have it lock up freeze only one year-old. I will be probably not continue with Verizon because at this time I’m still painful price for iPhone 16+ at $70 dollars a month. so in turn pain for three years at $70 a month is over $2500 for $1000 phone that’s supposed to be on them. That’s the math so seriously consider going to another carrier like AT&T because after 11 years Verizon has really gone downhill then do not care about anything except for the money. That manipulating the data to look make it look like you’re saving money. It’s not a very good business practice. So that’s not, including my two other phones and wireless Internet.
