Spam phone calls and texts.

The last few weeks I have been flooded with spam phone calls and texts . I block them and it doesn’t do any good because they keep switching the numbers they are using. It’s 10-20 calls a day now. Is there a way to stop them besides blocking each number AFTER they have called? If not I might have to just change my number that I’ve had for years……

I would love some advice.
