Can’t believe I’m writing this complaint, but Verizon’s brought me to this point. I’ll leave as soon as possible, guaranteed.
I fell for an upgrade falsehood, was told $200 for an upgrade with my trade in, pay taxes and a few dollars a month, pay it off anytime, no commitment.
I now know it was all a lie. Customer Service could care less, but waiting on a supervisor to call me back. lol.
I never signed squat. My signature is not on some loan agreement they have on file where I pay $3.00 and Verizon credits me $27.00 toward a $1000+ invoice that will take three years to satisfy. Such underhanded people..
If it’s at all possible, slow down and take your business anywhere else. Verizon is bad news.
