Still have no shipping for new phones or watches

This post is to see if VZW support will respond… girlfriend and I ordered iPhone 16 Pro 256GB phones and watches 10’s back on the 16th but still have not gottten any shipping notifications. This is not normal when I used to preorder and get the phone the day before the stores got them.  Thoughts support?

We understand how important it is to know when to expect your new devices. Have you received any email updates regarding your order? When you placed your initial order, can you share with us what the anticipated shipping date that was provided? You should anticipate an email regarding tracking details when your order is being prepared to ship out.

I too have not received and update nor shipping information. Really frustrating with the lack of communication from Verizon.
