Sunday ticket complaint

I did a chat to inquire about the Sunday ticket promo when the agent told me I could upgrade 1 of my phone lines to unlimited plus and be qualified. I confirmed with the agent and did everything the agent said. A month later I chatted with an agent to find out when I would get my email for the Sunday ticket when they told me I wasnโ€™t eligible and that the other agent basically lied to me. I have screenshots of our chat. I then called Verizon and was told the same thing but it would be sent to escalation and he would call me back in 4 to 5 days, that never happened so I called back today and spoke with a great agent who tried hard to fix my problem. She eventually found out I did everything right and should have been eligible, 1 problem, I upgraded an Apple line and the Apple phone wasnโ€™t eligible even though the agent said it was and let me upgrade that line. So I asked if I could upgrade my Samsung line and she said itโ€™s now too late. I did everything I was suppose to do and Verizon screwed up but instead of making things right and giving me the Sunday ticket all she could offer was for me to pay $479 up front  and they would credit my account over the next 2 months. What was suppose to be free was now a multi month credit. I declined because I didnโ€™t want to pay almost $500 up front.
