Syk was SO helpful!

I’ve been trying to get my iPhone fixed for ages and was directed to Apple for a repair. If they couldn't fix it, they would replace it through my insurance. After spending hours at the Apple Store, I learned that my phone failed the “post repair” test, but they would order me a new one at no cost, ready for pickup in two days.

A week later, I still hadn’t received an email about my replacement, so I returned to the Apple for an update. They had no record of a new phone being ordered and claimed my device was fixed, advising me to contact customer support or schedule another appointment. When I reached out to Apple’s customer support, they suddenly had no record of my appointment and rudely blamed Verizon for the issue, leaving me very frustrated 😞

I finally got to speak with Syk from Verizon’s customer support, who was incredibly helpful and more than happy  to resolve this unfortunate situation Apple left me in. He was SO friendly and didn’t make me go through another long appointment at the Apple Store to confirm my phone was broken. Instead, he sent me a new device right away because  “everyone deserves to have a working phone!” Syk’s energy and excitement to help made my whole week!!
