Back in September we took advantage of the Verizon promotion to replace two older iPhones with the new iPhone 16. Two phones were purchased, ordered, received, activated, and trade-ins completed within days of each other. Both lines immediately began charging incremental payments of $23.05 over 36 payment cycles. One line immediately began crediting back the same amount under the heading Trade-In-Device Promo Credit. The second line did not.
Verizon advised it was a timing issue driven by new activations being some three days apart and to wait another month to catch up. Well it's been another month and still no credit on the next bill. Just got off the phone with Verizon (again) and they have no idea what is happening. Suggested I wait another month and see if it sorts itself out. Asked to escalate the concern and was told no path. Asked to speak with a manager and was told no path. Half tempted to short my payment but sure that won't be well received. Getting extremely frustrated. Any advice how best to resolve?
