Absolutely do not understand why Verizon is having such difficulty in transferring ownership/service from my deceased mother's name to mine and my account - I have done all the steps and the status shows as going the opposite way - into her name - which it already is - I have been paying the bill on time and these people are sometimes, I believe purposefully obtuse - I said it. it is unfathomable to me why this is taking longer than usual - ugh. Yes, again, I completed all of the steps -
