Transferred Lines Not Added to Devices

We transferred our kids 2 lines from Straight Talk to our Verizon account and ordered them new Verizon phones.
There numbers and devices have never populated under the Devices tab.
Originally an eSIM was not added to their phones, after working with support through text and phone for 4 hours eSIMs were finally added to their phones
We've signed the updated contract 3 times now (original order then 2 times with different tech support) and their numbers are still not available
when we call their numbers it says they are on Verizon now but their numbers are disconnected or changed
now both service providers have no service and their iMessage and FaceTime will not activate on their new phones either to use with WiFi until their cell service can be resolved
keep being told to call but prefer text/written because numbers are misheard often when having to read out IMEIs (especially when one tech asked for the IMEI and the other IMEI2 on both lines)
any support would be great but will probably have to call when I have time after work
