Two Step Authentication Doesn't Show My Numbers

I have an old plan and old device (iphone SE 1st Gen & Get More Unlimited). I believe I have two-factor authentication activated but as I receive text from Verizon for additional codes. However, I went to a third-party vendor and they have been unable to access my account because I can't receive a text from them to access my account.
When accessing the Verizon app or through the website, when accessing the "Two-Factor" tab, it doesn't show either number associated with my account. The other tabs do.
I know I have an old device and plan, but even the team members at the Verizon corp store couldn't help me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I simply want a new phone and not lose my number I've had for over twenty-years.

Hello, Rygar22. Help is here as we can assist with your account concerns. Please tell us more. I see you stated you went to a third-party vendor. Was this a Verizon store you are referencing? Are you the Account Owner of the account and online My Verizon account?
