I ordered an Apple Watch Series 10 online in a 46mm. My account reflected that I ordered a 42mm. I called Verizon and they cancelled the order and told me that I could re-order in a few days because my device trade in date needed to reset. Three days later, my device trade in was still not showing eligible. I called Verizon again and was told that the order wasn’t completely cancelled out. They cancelled the order again and reset my device trade in so it was eligible once more. I ordered the Apple Watch Series 10 46mm again online. Once again, my account reflected that I ordered a 42mm. I called Verizon immediately and asked why every time I ordered a 46mm Apple Watch, it defaulted to a 42mm. They had no answer. However, the customer service agent ensured me that she could cancel the order once again and order the 46mm for me. She issued a ticket # and advised me that I would receive the Apple Watch Series 10 46mm in just a few days. The package arrived and it was the Apple Watch Series 10 in a 42mm. What is going on Verizon? Do you not have the 46mm available? The customer service agents say that you do. Two online orders and a customer service agent order for a 46mm and I still receive a 42mm. Verizon is one of the most expensive carriers and they provide absolutely terrible customer service .
