My service was disconnected and sent to collections. I can’t pay the entire amount but negotiating and will be able to work out a deal to take care of it in its entirety. What I need to know is how to go about requesting that the lock be lifted from my phone after. I tried to login and cannot. It no longer recognizes me. It gives me the option to try to login to a disconnected line. I tried that and it tells me no such user. I have tried over and over and over again with the Verizon assistant thru live chat to be able to get a live agent and it just does not understand much at all. It will not let you get passed the virtual without logging in. Can I get assistance from someone who can move mountains for me today!
