I’m seriously considering canceling my contract with Verizon. I went into the store and the gentleman assured me that the iPhone 16 pro screen display is the same as the iPhone 16 max only to find out that is not the case. I don’t feel like I should be charged a restocking fee and taxes for being told incorrect information in hopes for them getting a sale. I’m asking my iPhone 16 pro to be traded in for the iPhone 16 max without the fee. Tech has already trouble shooted this phone
