I’ve always been able to log onto my Verizon app & see current updated usage. Why is that no longer available? Usage details are no longer current & are from the previous month’s bill. Why can’t I see current updated usage?

If you log into your MyVerizon app and go under usage. You will see a “who is using what” section. Under that section, it shows the lines under that account. Once you click a line, Verizon breaks it down for you. The amount of minutes, texts and data used. Also, it shows you which apps you use the most.

Hello, poonugget. Help is here. Are you logged in as the account owner? There can be a delay in the usage reports. Just to clarify, you can only see the previous month's usage but nothing from this current billing cycle, correct?
