I am drained from the amount of effort it took just to fix an account owner issue. We had a plan and the account owner left so I wanted to make myself the owner or make a new account. But I had to go through so much trouble. Here log of what happened:
started call customer service-told me to go to store
store-told me to go call
call-go to store to verify identity
store-we dont do that
call-we can do on phone no need for store-transfer requested but phone hung up and couldn't transfer due to socials
call-need to transfer socials
call-no cant transfer socials
call-need new account
call-spent 1 hour said all good new 10k limit on phones. in the end said email couldn't go thru call hung up(couldn't call back)
call-everything saved but now says we exceed limit
call-spent another 2 hour where 2 specialist having difficulty trying to cancel last transfer and make new account now says we need to upgrade to receive promotional credit for two lines that hasn't upgraded then transfer ended transferring then says to wait few days to see changes and upgrade
just shows that how much I had to do to do something I thought was trivial
