I was promised a bill credit and i received a email form them telling me that I was account credit x amount but I never received it and now I’m being told that it was a system error and from why they can see I was charged the correct amount and theirs nothing that can do even though I have email proof of the employees name and if number They can not give me what was promised to me and are refusing to make it right and they not transfer me to any type of management's just tell me dirty about what the other employee said and the email proof that I got form the company and they can’t do anything about it. I was on the phone with 5 sifter people and was on the phon for over two hours. With them and still got now ware. I rest don’t know how to get to is straightened out without being able to talk to a manager because they won’t transfer me to one. And I also don’t know Howe to get one if they won’t transfer me over. If anyone has any advice I will be willing to hear them out and try their suggestions.
