Verizon service has plummeted

For the past several months, I have had nothing but troubles with my bills. The service representatives say one thing and they bill me for another. Make sure you’re looking into you bank account because I found out that I was double billed twice. They were trying to say I missed a monthly payment and then randomly billed me for $200 (which isn’t even my bill amount normally) and then billed me again $170 extra saying I was late again?!!! Well three months ago I had an agent verify how much I owed!!! LIES LIES LIES AND MORE LIES!! And then they even admitted that the $200 wasn’t even for my phone bill?!! Saying it was for returning my gateway box?! Like from months prior and I should’ve have even been charged for it??? Then they were trying to say they couldn’t refund me after verifying everything?? Now they turned their auto pay discount from $10 to $5 and changed their entire phone plan eligibility for upgrades?? So why was I paying all this money just for yall to switch  up the rules. I will gladly be switching and so will my family!
