Well I went to a Verizon. Vista kiosk yet again and the person had no clue what to do. Raymundo had to call another store to try and figure it out. After sending me to a MAC to get cash to pay for the tax bc apparently their credit card link isn’t working he couldn’t finish the order bc he was CLUELESS!!! He asked me to come back. 40 minutes when someone who knew what they weee doing would show up! Now I’ve wasted an hour of my time and they expect me to come back. So it’s going take 4 1/2 hours to transfer over 4 phones. Are you kidding me. Very very disappointed. Not going to recommend Verizon for sure!
