I paid off my phone right away BUT They don’t tell you when you trade in that it’s 3 year contract. Misleading ADVERTISING …Screw up my bill for months …I called customer service and different agents said I won’t be charged that amount but month go by they still charged me… I asked them them to review the phone recoding between me and Verizon agents they refused to do it…Worst experience ever after more than 10 years with the company …..and NOW my bill went up again ….. Will be taking my service to other networks and lots of my friends are leaving Verizon already to other networks ….
