This company is the biggest liars I ever dealt with first they didn’t tell me I had to put in for my gift cards then they mess up my bill then they over charge me, lost my trade in phones and then told me that I needed to send each phone in a different box with only one shipping label, then told me on the phone and the texting service told me that each phone would get $1000 for the phones I send in and $200 rebate cards waited 5 months. And they have the nerve to tell me that since I traded in phones I’m not eligible to get the gift cards when 2 managers said yes, then they put all my charges the they up charged me for put back on my account and my bill was $75 for this month now it’s double again. I hate Verizon and the people they have working there they never are truthful they lie every time if the manage from the gift card dept knew I had trade ins why did she tell me herself that I am eligible like every time I call it’s another story. I should have stood with t mobile they never messed up anything ever. Verizon is the worst and they employers they all need to be retrained because no one knows anything at all. And don’t send me an email I’m sorry this and I’m sorry that because you can sit on it I’m tired I’ve been on the phone every week 2 times a week for over an hour and nothing always lies

I’m so tired of this nobody helps with anything, when they told us about the gift cards they also told us to trade in our phones and we will get the gift cards, spoke with SERVERAL managers, customer service reps they all knew the issues and the story ok. I signed up with this company online and on the phone, they told us trade in your phones and you will get $1000 per line that is traded in and we will give you $200 each new line with a new phone and NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN!!!! I’m not eligible for the gift cards it’s crazy to me 3 managers from the gift card dept told me all you have to do is wait the 8 weeks and they will be sent to you and now it’s this , then they send me a bill that my bill for April will be $75 due to all the problems they added to my line so they credited me back and now the bill is double !!!!!! I don’t know what you guys are doing over there but I will never never recommend you guys to anyone I’m so done with Verizon all ya do is lie. Tell me my bill is one thing and next thing you know it’s double then I wait the full 8 weeks for gift cards and then ya slap me with nope you’re not eligible like really !!!!!!!! When I had tmoblie I never had any issues and never any lies never had to be on the phone with customer service every weeks for hours on end for a resolution and then 1 week later it’s another problem. It’s been 3 months of pure misery at its finest.
