I don’t know why but my IPhone 13 xs pro max keeps disconnecting and then trying to reconnect to my Erro Pro mesh Wi-Fi routers. The activity logs in the app tell me what all my wireless devices are doing and this iPhone shows it ever minute and really never stays connected to the network. That’s hard to understand when the iPhone knows the SSDI name , has the password, has good signal, is connected to 5.2 and has a stable signal and no interference and no traffic. It should be very happy with the router it’s the closest to and stay locked in to my Wi-Fi network .But for some reason I don’t know if it’s apple device or my Erro Pro Wi-Fi routers but the design of one of them allows it to just roam for connection even through it should be happy with the stable connection it has. I have spent 30 days of my time 8 to 10 hours and over 12 emails working with Apple support team and Erro Pro support team adjusting and making changes to iPhone and the routers no fix. It is weird it will even disconnect even through everything is perfect and then it will go two stories up to my second floor router and connect and that’s 30 feet away when it ways just connected with in 10 feet. Doesn’t make any since. So I been trying to fix this issue and help with someone else’s problem, I am done. I have ask Verizon support and there getting back to me. I done a lot of research and have read all of the Apple form discussions and Erro Pro form discussions talking about this Wi-Fi problem. It says it’s been a problem for along time and no where has anyone from any company said anything about a possible fix yet.
So I have ask tonight from Verizon customer support to see if they can help me just upgrade from this iPhone 13 xs pro max and move into the new IPhone 16 Pro max and again after almost 2 hours discussion a fix/solution back and forth from manager standing right there. They said I would have to change my plans and move from my unlimited plan to the ultra deluxe plan would cost me $55 more per month and they said they would give me the $1,000 upgrade then because I want the IPhone 16 pro max they said i would have to pay out of pocket $300 plus I would have to pay the taxes of $110. Now keep in mind when I purchase the defective iPhone 13 xs pro max I paid $1,300 and I already paid the taxes $107 and I was thinking I would get a great iPhone.
now I said no to upgrade to the ultra deluxe phone plan and I said no to the additional $300. I told them I have a crazy amount of my own time invested in my iPhone trying to work with your support staff and I should not have to help fix a problem when I already invested and paid for it once. They said only thing I would agree to and I should not even have to do this, is pay for the taxes again out of my pocket a second time. She check with get manager again putting me on hold for another 15 minutes they came back and said they can’t help me and what they offered is the only thing they good do. I don’t understand at all , that they can sale a device that has defects/design problems on the way it works and they sale you junk and then ask me to spend my money over again when I already should have recieved a good working device with no problems. I been a Verizon customer with an unlimited phone plan with 4 phone lines for 17 years and I have purchased a lot of new cell phones with them . This is the first time I have a major problem with them, but this Wi-Fi connection problem is a big problem and now went and am speaking with Verizon technical support to just ask them to fix the iPhone or allow me to upgrade with no cost to me again. I will see what they say tomorrow
thanks Dave

Gruber8045, we can definitely check all upgrade options together as well as help troubleshoot this phone Wi-Fi issue with your Router. To clarify, does your phone have this issue with other Wi-Fi Routers at all? Have you been able to test this with another Wi-Fi Router to see? Do other phones having this same issue when connecting to your Erro Pro Router as well?
