iPhone 14 Pro Max not working with LTE Network Extender

After many online searches and instructions my IPhone 14 Pro Max will not connect to our Verizon LTE Network Extender. I’ve followed all the intructions given 5 times with  luck. My wife’s Samsung Galaxy connects with no problems at all. Please help??

That did not work.  I have IPhone14 and I see others have same issues.

I appreciate you follow those troubleshooting steps, JB2219. I am sorry to hear that the issue was not able to be resolved with those troubleshooting steps. What happens if you try to use Wi-Fi calling on your iPhone 14 Pro Max? It does the same thing as the Network Extender, without the need for the additional equipment, and often has better range based on your Wi-Fi network.
