iPhone 14 shows 5 outstanding calls but there aren't any

Phone icon shows 5 outstanding calls, up from 2 a few days ago. But there aren't any calls. And there aren't any voicemailbox calls since late May. What's up? Is it a result of the Crowdstrike Windows software outage of last week?
