iPhone 15 won’t send texts to androids

My iPhone won’t send texts to androids. I’ve tried turning the phone off and back on, turned iMessage off, and turned mms off and back on and it still doesn’t work.

Having your messages working is always important. When did this issue start? What happens when you try to send a message?
