iPhone 16Pro

I bought a second-hand Apple 16Pro on the way. When I try to activate it, it shows that the device has been listed as lost. And the network is locked in Verizon. As a result, I can't use this mobile phone now. I hope Verizon can help you deal with this problem. Thank you very much.

Based on what you shared, if you bought from a third party and the device is showing as locked with VZ, you’ll need to reach out to the original seller you purchased from. You can view our device unlocking policy for post pay and prepaid devices here: https://www.verizon.com/about/consumer-safety/device-unlocking-policy

Hi, if the phone is listed as lost, that means it's been blacklisted and is now a brick.  Only the original owner of a device can request a blacklist removal, so you need to ask for a refund from whomever sold you the phone.
