Hello Verizon Support,
I'm reaching out with a serious issue that needs immediate attention. I recently tried to upgrade my iPhone XR, which I've been using for years without any problems. This iPhone was originally provided to me through T-Mobile's Assurance Plan after my previous XR broke.
To my shock, I was informed that this phone is now flagged as being on a fraudulent list. How is it even possible that a device given to me by a carrier could end up flagged like this? This is deeply concerning, as Iโve always trusted carriers to provide legitimate, clean devices to its customers.
Now, not only am I unable to upgrade, but my entire family plan is affected. This is particularly frustrating as we have kids relying on these devices.
Please escalate this issue and help us resolve it as soon as possible. We need a swift resolution, as this situation is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Thank you in advance for your prompt assistance.

We hear you loud and clear. Since this device was obtained through T-Mobile, we would not be able to make any changes to its status. We would recommend reaching out to them directly for additional assistance.
