Hi Verizon Community,
I purchased a box pack, non-active iPhone 15 pro max and it was first activated by myself. The seller was a Verizon customer and after selling this device to me, he reported lost/stolen. Although I have all proof of ownership of this device.
Now I want to remove the blacklisted status. Please fix this issue and I am ready to provide you any documents.

hasnatahmad110, we understand how important it is to have a working device and we are sorry to read about your experience after completing your device purchase. We are unable to remove the device from the lost/stolen list. We recommend reaching back out to the seller directly and/or the service where the device was purchased through (i.e. Amazon, Ebay, ect.). Only the original owner would be able to request to make changes to the status of the device.
