We know how important it is to receive your important calls and we are here to help. To confirm, this is occurring even when focus mode is turned off with your other calls? Does your voicemail have any deleted voicemails or blocked voicemails showing that have not been completely deleted from the phone? To see this, you would scroll to the bottom of your voicemail box and it would show deleted and blocked there if this is applicable.

Hi Andi,
I have been dealing with missed calls and no notifications that I have missed calls. I also have been dealing with not being able to make outgoing calls. This has been ongoing for months and it is hit or miss when it decides to do this. I have found when focus/do not disturb is off it is the same most of the time however when I do a reset of network settings it has shown voicemails or missed calls that are from weeks ago that will suddenly appear in my notifications. I tend to keep do not disturb on most of the time. My favorites should still be able to reach me and that has been another hit or miss issue. I have resorted to telling people to email me or text me if they call and are sent to voicemail. I did check my deleted voicemail messages and there were many so I deleted those permanently. I hope I have helped you with the information you need to be able to assist me in having my phone do what it always did until recently which is to receive calls from favorites, show notifications of missed calls that were silenced due to my do not disturb setting and have my voicemail function correctly. Thank you very much.

With you permanently deleting voicemails which were in the trash bin, that ought to fix the "voicemail full" problem. As for missing phone calls, do you have poor signal strength? Poor cellular service can cause you to miss calls and texts, not just make it hard to get online.

Hi you are right about the voicemails! I finally got one! I have great service in my area so it isn’t that but thank you for thinking about what could be the issue. I am able to stream on my phone and television and this is something that has been going on for about two months now with two different iPhones. I had an 11 and then upgraded to a 15 Pro Max but the issue continues. I wish they had never written code to change the do not disturb feature. I understand the need for many people to be able to set times and also who can get through on focus but I wish they would have just let people have the option of using do not disturb as it was and let people decide if they wanted to go in to focus and set specifics. I hope someone can figure out why this is happening sporadically. Thanks so much!

Hello, HelpMyPhone1. Thank you so much for this info as it does help. Just to clarify, is the software up to date or any pending updates show on the phone?
