I upgraded my iPhone to the iPhone 16PRO about 8 months ago. About 2 months ago I had several people telling me that when they called me they would get silence for several seconds and then they would get my voicemail. My phone wouldn’t ring, no missed calls, nothing. I tried everything on my end. I called Verizon and talked to tech support. First 2 times calling nothing father did fixed it. The 3rd time and had a very knowledgeable tech support agent. He knew right away what was going on. He told me my phone lost half of its towers. He tried to rest my esim but that didn’t fix it. He assigned me a new esim and bam! It worked great for a week. Then it started doing it again. I called tech support again and this time it was not as good. I explained everything to the tech agent and she didn’t give me any in site to what she was seeing or doing. She assigned me another esim and now I have people telling me they can’t send me picture messages and it is doing the same thing it was before with calling. I am tired of calling Verizon since this will be the 5 time in 2 weeks. I’m about to change providers all together. Can anyone help me fix this issue? Is it my iPhone or is it Verizon? Any help would be greatly appreciated
