We recently added a line to our family plan. My 2020 iPhone SE is now my son's phone, but I cannot activate the Apple Music account on it because it says the iPhone is "Not Compatible." This doesn't makes sense, as it was just connected to Apple Music earlier in the day when it was my phone. The only other thing I can see is that it is "Not Registered" when I look at it in my account on the Verizon website. The phone is functioning fine, though.
