Here is my issue: I cannot send messages from my iPhone to Android devices that includes a picture. I always receive a "Not delivered". I have MMS enabled but with only 1 bar in LTE on my phone at my home, I am very dependent upon my WiFi (Fios) even for making calls. From what I have read, MMS only works on the cellular network but that means it is something useless to me based upon the very limited cell service I have. Is there any work-around for this? Do I need to drive to an area with better cell service so I can communicate with my sons and include pics?

jbordwine, I understand wanting to be able to send pictures to whoever you'd like within the family. My sister is always sending my Mom images of my nephew, so get where you're coming from. The first thing I'd recommend checking, is making sure you don't have a Picture Messaging block. You can do that using this FAQ: https://www.verizon.com/support/block-unblock-services-faqs/
If you go down to the question, 'How do I unblock a service?' It has a direct link to My Verizon where you can check on those blocks. If you've enabled that, it could be what's preventing pictures from sending via MMS. iPhone uses iMessage to send messages, which relies on an internet connection vis the cellular one. So, let's check to make sure there's not a block on sending images using cellular side of things enabled.
