While we have experienced this issue for years, this week multiple staff members carrying iPhones on iOS 26 reported messages not arriving until the next day. (this also happened on my personal iPhone, so it is not an account issue).
We are a Hospice organization, so we rely on our Verizon phones for immediate patient care. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix/report these issues?
KenAllisonPartners, we want to make sure that your messages come through in a timely manner. Are you having issues with the blue iMessages or are you having issues with regular green text? Have you attempted restarting the phones that are having the issue?
