i have been on the phone for 4 hours today, since receiving a iphone 11 pro max that i purchased, certified pre owed, in the best condition. this phone came with a flaw at the bottom of the screen on the inside of the screen. internal damage. i have been trying to get a replacement for four hours with no luck yet. absolutely insane and terrible customer service
